2019-01-14 09.10am INCOMING CALLS TO DIRECT LINES FOR EFFTEL/NETNORDIC CUSTOMERS
Customers who have Efftel / NetNordic as a fixed network operator can currently experience problems with incoming calls on direct numbers. This only affects customers who are on the server max.efftel.com. Technicians are working to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Outgoing calls and calls to switchboard numbers are not affected by this interference.
The cause of the error is now located and temporarily remedied. For those customers who are still experiencing problems, please contact the support.
